How much does a bulk bag contain?
A bulk bag contains approximately 800kg for the majority of our products.
This is a standard weight for bulk bags. To work out how many you’ll need please use the calculator on the product page, or give us a call and we will do our best to help.
I’m trying to match the colour to some existing stones in my garden, will your stone match?
Products supplied by Ten79 are completely natural, therefore we are unable to guarantee a colour match. Over a period of time, our products will naturally change colour after being exposed to the weather. If you are unsure you can request a sample by giving us a call.
Do you have a yard that I can visit?
Unfortunately we do not allow the general public to the site due to H&S regulations.
Ordering
Do the prices include VAT?
All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Should I put anything under the aggregate before I put it down?
We always recommend using a good quality weed membrane under the aggregate.
Delivery
Standard delivery is within 2-4 working days, from date of order.
Monday – Friday: 07.30 – 17.00
Saturday: 08.00 – 10.00 (Special request Only, Additional charges may apply)
Bank Holidays: Closed
If you require your order quickly, please call the office before ordering to ensure we have stock and to see if we can fit you in sooner.
In an ideal situation someone should be on site to accept the delivery, to ensure it is dropped in the correct place.
If no one is on site, and no clear instructions as to where the delivery should be positioned, unfortunately there will be a transport cost should we need to re-visit the site to move the materials.
Ten79 cannot accept any liability for any deterioration or theft of any products left on site.
Bulk Bag deliveries will be made with our crane vehicle.
Loose deliveries will be made using a tipper vehicle.
If deliveries cannot be made due to insufficient access or unsuitable off loading, or where incorrect/insufficient instructions have been provided additional charges may occur.

Returns Policy
Materials that have been ordered by mistake, or unsuitable, can be returned, unfortunately there will be a transport cost for this service.
Please call the office to discuss, we will aim to do our best to make this as cost effective and as convenient as possible.
If materials are delivered but cannot be dropped off due to access issues, unfortunately there may be a transport cost, we will try our hardest to make the delivery, but in some circumstances there may be a transport cost. Please ensure you have sufficient space to accept deliveries, call the office if you need to discuss prior to ordering.
